Take a short train trip from the city centre to the historic village of Raheny. Step through its pre-medieval past and ruins into the delightful St. Anne's Park and hear about its connection with the Guinness Family.

Arriving at the coast, cross the causeway to the 200 year old Bull Island. Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of this UNESCO biosphere. As you stroll along meandering trails through salt marshes, sand dunes and beach, hear the fascinating story of how this accidental island was formed, while exploring it's rich and diverse flora and fauna.

Choose to stop for a break and refreshments at a unique outdoor cafe, perched on the 200 year old sea wall and admire the view of Dublin Bay.

Return to the mainland over a timer bridge and catch a bus back to the city centre.
